Lovely Meds puts a low monthly figure at the front of its compounded semaglutide offer. The useful next question is simple: which purchase does that number describe? Its current price table makes a one-month order and a 12-month option look quite different once the term stays beside the price.
We checked the product pages, FAQ, service disclosures, purchase terms and original FDA letter on October 15, 2026. This review describes public documents. We did not become a patient, inspect a pharmacy or measure treatment results. Conflicting details are kept visible so they can be resolved before payment.
One thing to keep with you
The $99 semaglutide figure belongs to the 12-month option. Get the full payment and cancellation rules in writing, and keep the FDA’s concerns about compounded-product claims separate from any promise of a low price.
Start with the term, then read the discount
The semaglutide product page lists $175 for one month, $145 per month for three months, $120 per month for six months and $99 per month for 12 months. The last figure describes a longer purchase; it is not the published one-month price. Twelve times $99 is $1,188 before an applicable discount, but the checkout must establish when and how the total is collected.
The page advertises NEW60 and a first-month headline of $39. That is the lowest advertised monthly equivalent reduced by $60. Do not assume it means a standalone $39 one-month order. For comparison, the tirzepatide page lists $235 for one month and monthly equivalents of $199, $175 and $150 for three, six and 12 months. It advertises a $90 first-month headline.
The October 2025 purchase terms describe orders as one-time purchases. Confirm whether the selected order is a single supply, a multi-pack arrangement or a different checkout offer, and whether anything renews automatically. Our cost guide helps separate the initial payment from a monthly equivalent.

Read the ordinary cancellation rule and the bulk exception together
The terms describe a $40 administrative deduction for cancellation before clinical review and for some cancellations after review but before pharmacy dispatch. They also say an order becomes final once the prescription is finalized and sent to the pharmacy. The surrounding wording refers to medication prepared and labeled for dispensing. These stages are not identical; request the applicable cutoff for your order.
For bulk purchases, the document separately allows requests for unused, unopened packs before shipment. It recalculates supplied packs at the standard single-pack rate and deducts a 10% administrative fee from the remaining refund. It states a 15-US-business-day refund period. This is a conditional calculation, not a promise to return the unused fraction at the discounted rate.
The company attributes restrictions to pharmacy law. This review reports its written policy without independently endorsing that legal explanation or deciding an individual refund dispute.

Ask which clinical group is handling your care
Lovely Meds, Inc. describes itself as the technology and administrative platform. Its regulations page identifies Wasef Health, P.C. for independent clinical services. The older terms instead name the Beluga Health Provider Group. That mismatch is a reason to identify the professional entity shown in the actual consent and patient portal.
The regulations page lists several independent dispensing pharmacies and says the assigned pharmacy depends on treatment, location and availability. The company says it does not manufacture or dispense medication. A partner list does not establish which pharmacy will prepare your prescription or independently verify that pharmacy’s current quality.
Its FAQ limits service to eligible US states and says it does not bill insurance directly. Prescriber review is included in the ordering process under the terms; a prescription is still conditional on the clinician’s assessment.

The FDA letter is part of the public record
In its September 9, 2025 warning letter, FDA objected to website statements that it said implied the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products were the same as approved medicines. The agency described those representations as false or misleading and requested corrective action.
This is an attributed regulatory finding about the claims FDA reviewed in August 2025. It is not a patient-outcome study, and this review does not establish a later resolution. Current disclaimers and an older warning letter should both be read in their own context.

A formulation name does not establish the same evidence
The current product pages describe compounded injectable preparations with B12, while the wider catalog also includes other formulations and branded products. Evidence for a particular approved medicine should not be transferred to every preparation, additive or route sold under the same ingredient name. The compounding guide explains that boundary.
Lovely Meds advertises expedited, discreet delivery, but its FAQ describes pharmacy preparation followed by tracking after dispatch. We did not measure the time to clinician review, shipment or arrival. Ask who answers medical questions and what happens if the pharmacy cannot fulfill the prescription.
The Refills review offers another example of why a price headline, prescribing relationship and cancellation policy should be checked separately.
